Early check-in requests can be accommodated exclusively on the morning of your arrival. Please contact the front desk on the day of arrival to inquire about the availability of early check-in.

Cancellation/Refund Policies

For Short-Term Reservations

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full-value voucher for a future stay, valid for one full year from the date of issue.

Please be sure to make any changes or cancellations before this 7-day window, as vouchers and refunds are not available within 7 days of arrival.

For Extended Stay Reservations (30 nights or more)
Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance are eligible for your choice of:

-A full-value voucher valid for one year, or

-A refund, less a $250 extended stay cancellation fee.

Please note: Vouchers and refunds are not available for early departures once you’ve checked in.

Reservation Responsibility

All sites and cabins must be reserved by individuals aged 18 or older. The adult booking is accountable for the conduct of their guests.

Occupancy Limits

Each designated campsite allows only one camping unit. All guests on the property must be registered to a site. Tent and cabin sites accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, while RV sites allow up to 8 guests, with 4 included in the rental price. Children aged 3 and under are exempt from the guest count.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are observed from 10PM to 8AM every night. No loud music, operation of golf carts, barking dogs, or loud conversations that may disturb neighboring guests. All children must remain at their respective campsites during this period.

Vehicle Policy

Guests are permitted a maximum of 2 vehicles per site, each of which must be registered with the front desk and display a parking permit.

Use of Personal Vehicles

Private golf carts and LSVs must be registered at the front desk during check-in. Drivers of golf carts must possess a valid driver’s license. Side-by-sides, 4-wheelers, Rhinos, Mules, or any other UTVs or ATVs are strictly prohibited on the property.

Noise Regulation

Music that can be heard beyond the immediate vicinity of a site is prohibited. Personal sound systems are not allowed in common areas.

Fire Safety

Campfires must be contained within designated areas only. Personal fire pits that are self-contained and elevated off the ground are permissible. We do sell firewood at the Ranger Station/ Welcome Center.

Pool Regulations

Our pool is open seasonally, weather permitting. Pool hours are daily from 9AM-dusk. All children must be supervised by an adult.

Behavioral Guidelines

Public drunkenness, illegal drug use, use of foul or offensive language, and nudity are strictly prohibited.

Recreational Activities

Catch & release fishing is allowed in all ponds. Swimming is restricted to the swimming pool; portable and inflatable swimming pools are not permitted.

Speed Limit

Park speed limit must be observed throughout by all vehicles, scooters, bikes, etc.

Site Cleanliness

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their campsites and cabins. Shared facilities must be left clean after use.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping is prohibited within all buildings, cabins, and pool areas. Cigarette butts must not be discarded on the ground.

Fireworks Prohibition

The use of fireworks of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in select cabins, as well as at all RV and tent sites. Pets must be attended to at all times and tethered with a maximum leash length of 6 feet. Please pickup after your pets.

Trash

Trash facilities are located throughout the property. Please do not dispose of anything other than household trash.

We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
